We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering projects within the Education sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive a critical discovery and evaluation initiative focused on identifying and selecting a future-state software platform within a complex university environment.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating university governance frameworks, engaging diverse stakeholder groups, and managing politically sensitive environments while delivering clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a discovery and evaluation project for software platform selection
- Engage with incumbent vendors, shortlisted providers, and emerging market entrants
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and stakeholder consultations
- Assess software solutions against business, technical, and operational requirements
- Develop comprehensive evaluation reports, recommendations, and executive-level documentation
- Manage project governance, risks, dependencies, and reporting
- Build strong relationships across academic, administrative, and operational stakeholder groups
