What you’ll do:
- Practice strategy, growth and market development
- Revenue, pipeline, profitability and P&L performance
- Executive sponsorship of key client opportunities, bids and proposals
- Delivery excellence across the practice portfolio
- Leadership, coaching and development of practice leaders and teams
- Microsoft alliance relationships, joint business planning and co-sell activity
- Capability development, innovation and evolving service offerings
- Workforce planning, governance and operational performance
You’ll work closely with sales leaders, client executives, delivery managers, practice leads, Microsoft stakeholders and NTT DATA leadership, while representing the practice in executive customer governance and business reviews.
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years’ leadership experience within technology consulting or professional services
- Demonstrated success leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, or similar business applications experience
- Proven experience managing a consulting P&L
- Strong business development and senior client relationship capability
- Experience leading large, complex technology delivery portfolios
- Experience leading senior consulting teams
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing Microsoft alliance relationships
Just as importantly, you’ll combine strategic thinking and commercial acumen with customer-focused leadership, delivery accountability, talent development and the ability to lead through change.
This position offers the opportunity to shape the direction of a significant Microsoft practice, influence its growth agenda, deepen our Microsoft ecosystem relationships and develop the capabilities that will support the next phase of the business. The remit includes emerging technologies and AI-enabled delivery, alongside the continued evolution of reusable assets, accelerators and intellectual property.
