We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud & Data Integration Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise transformation program involving cloud platforms, ERP integration, application modernisation and data migration.
This role will play a critical part in the migration, integration and ongoing enhancement of business-critical applications, data platforms and reporting capabilities, ensuring continuity of operations while transitioning from legacy environments to modern cloud and ERP ecosystems.
The successful candidate will work across cloud engineering, enterprise integration, application support and data migration initiatives, delivering secure, scalable and audit-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and optimise secure ETL/ELT data pipelines.
- Develop scalable data integration and transformation frameworks across Azure and Cloudera environments.
- Implement batch and event-driven data workflows.
- Establish monitoring, alerting, failover and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation and governance controls.
ERP Integration & Data Migration
- Lead end-to-end ERP data migration activities including profiling, cleansing, mapping and validation.
- Design and implement ERP-to-cloud and cloud-to-ERP integrations.
- Develop migration routines and reconciliation processes.
- Produce migration reports, exception management documentation and sign-off artefacts.
- Support integration, system and user acceptance testing activities.
Application & API Integration
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Support integration of applications, AI services and enterprise platforms.
- Enhance and maintain existing application capabilities.
- Work across both modern and legacy technology environments.
