NTT DATA Australia is seeking a Support Services Lead to own growth, enablement, and operational excellence of the Support Services business. You will drive market expansion, renewals, and commercial readiness, coordinating with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Global Product teams to ensure services are competitive and margin-accretive.
Reporting to TS leadership, you will define service offers, pricing, SLAs, and go-to-market strategies, supervise a Renewals team, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
