About the Role
This is a Tier 3 technical support role focused on EFTPOS and POS products.
You'll handle end to end on site installations, configure hardware and software, and provide ongoing technical support to merchants.
The role is primarily office based with field visits across Sydney and some interstate travel.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and configuring POS terminals and payment hardware, ensuring connectivity and functionality
- Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues in the field and remotely
- Training customers and internal teams on devices and systems
- Communicating technical information clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
- What You'll Need
- 2+ years in technical support, field support or device support - troubleshooting hardware and software
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, EFTPOS terminals or payment devices
- Ability to pick up new tech quickly
