The NT Government - Department of Corrections is seeking a Senior Implementation and Assurance Officer on an ongoing permanent full-time basis, based in Darwin. The role provides senior implementation, analysis and assurance support for rostering and workforce controls across the Department of Corrections, exercising sound judgement and accountability in overseeing reforms.
You will review roster quality, monitor compliance, identify workforce risks and support the consistent implementation of workforce strategies.
