NSW Health's Westmead Hospital invites applications for a Physiotherapist Level 4 in the Fracture Liaison Coordinator role within the ORP Program. This dual-role blends expert physiotherapy with fracture liaison coordination to prevent falls and future fractures in osteoporosis patients.
You will work with endocrinologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care and drive service improvement across the multidisciplinary pathway.
