About the Role
Canterbury Hospital is committed to providing high quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient and family-centred care. Since opening in 1929 our hospital continues to grow to meet the changing needs of our community and incorporate new models of care.
This position is responsible for the strategic management and direction of all business functions and resources for Canterbury Hospital including Operating Theatres.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly developed, effective management skills with relevant qualification in management and/or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, monitor and reach predicated outcomes to strategic and business plans.
