Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Change Management & Communication Lead eMR to shape how clinicians adopt the electronic patient record. You will design and lead change management and communications for eMR across multiple facilities, aligning policies and workflows with patient safety goals and real-time documentation.
You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop training programs, and support the expansion of eMR functionality to improve care delivery.
