NSW Health's Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network in Broken Hill is seeking an Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Worker to join the Primary Care team. You will deliver flexible, culturally safe health care to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, focusing on prevention and management of chronic conditions within the custodial context.
Eligible applicants will hold a Certificate III or IV Aboriginal Health Care qualification (AHPRA registration where applicable).
