About the opportunity

Drive consistent and effective change management across Health Infrastructure’s corporate portfolio. You’ll provide specialist advice to senior leaders, change sponsors and project leads, helping translate strategic, corporate and business priorities into practical and actionable change plans. The opportunity combines strategic advice with hands‑on delivery. You’ll design change strategies, assess impacts across people, processes, technology and culture, and provide coaching to leaders responsible for implementing change as part of their initiatives. You’ll also contribute to portfolio governance and reporting, supporting the effective monitoring of progress, risks and outcomes.

Working collaboratively across Health Infrastructure and NSW Health entities, you’ll build a strong relationship with HI’s Communications and Engagement and capital project change managers to engage stakeholders, encourage adoption and explore contemporary approaches, tools and technologies that strengthen the delivery of change. This is a fixed term full-time opportunity for one year period. Remuneration will be determined with the successful candidate.

Please note that as Health Infrastructure is an organisation of NSW Health, the successful applicant must reside in NSW or be willing to relocate if appointed. This recruitment may be used to appoint to similar future roles (ongoing or temporary), or to create a Talent Pool for roles that may arise over the next 18 months.

About you

Extensive experience delivering complex organisational change in corporate, construction based or healthcare environments will be essential, together with the ability to turn strategic direction into practical goals and change programs. You’ll bring strong expertise in change planning, governance, risk management and reporting, supported by the credibility to advise and coach senior stakeholders. Success in this role calls for resilience, sound judgement and a collaborative approach. Comfortable navigating competing priorities and diverse viewpoints, you’ll communicate complex information clearly, build engagement and adopt practical, realistic approaches that support meaningful and sustainable outcomes for the organisation and our partners.
