We continually undergo and develop fire training for all our staff in the office consisting of managers & administration and our service technicians consisting of fire alarm technicians, carpenters, plumbers, & electricians so our customers have ‘Peace of Mind’ with our knowledge and experience in the Fire Protection Industry.
General Description:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to handle office administration responsibilities. The Scheduler / Admin Coordinator will manage admin duties. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working with a small professional and enthusiastic team. You will be reporting directly to the General Manager.
Full Training will be provided
Salary based off experience within the fire industry specifically.
Successful candidate will be joining a continually growing business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Issuing of quotations to customers
- Scheduling Inspections
- Scheduling of works in advance
- Ensuring job completions
What will make you standout?
To be successful you will demonstrate the following:
- Fire Industry / Strata / Real Estate / Trade industry experience not necessary but very highly regarded
- AS1851 and Australian Standard Awareness very highly regarded
- Uptick, simpro or similar software experience not essential
