As a Connected Communities school, we are part of a supportive network that builds strong partnerships with Aboriginal leaders, our school community, parents and external agencies to provide a holistic approach to education for our students.

Our small school setting means we know and care for every child as an individual.

We develop innovative curricula and teaching practices to meet each student's specific needs, working closely with colleagues, families and the local community.

Our specialist school-wide programs support student engagement and strengthen literacy and numeracy outcomes across all stages of learning.

Wilcannia Central School staff are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for all students by developing strong links with parents, community groups, the NSW AECG and external organisations.
