- Liaise with senior executives, ministerial and departmental offices, and key internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Chief Executive.
- Maintain and improve administrative practices, systems and records that support the effective operation of the Office of the Chief Executive.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive across complex and sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and follow matters through to completion.
- Sound judgement, integrity and discretion when handling confidential information and responding to sensitive issues.
