NS Automation, a service company and supplier of new, used, refurbished and obsolete Industrial Electronic products, based in Epping.
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working for a small organisation.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Processing orders with accuracy and care
- Generating and following up on Purchase Orders
- Updating customers on the progress of repairs
- Direct contact with customers
- Calling existing and new customers
- Assisting with general office duties
What we're looking for:
- A friendly, professional, and confident phone manner.
- A current driver's licence (essential).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good computer skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
