Responsibilities
- Lead change management strategies and plans that deliver lasting adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to create alignment and engagement across the business.
- Facilitate workshops, training, and feedback sessions that bring people along the journey.
- Develop compelling communications to inspire and inform.
- Monitor adoption, measure success, and continuously refine the approach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally in consulting or complex transformation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills—you build trust quickly and keep it.
- Understanding of change management frameworks (e. g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
