NPY Women's Council is seeking an experienced Clinical Team Leader to provide clinical leadership and supervision to Aged Care Assessment staff. Based in Alice Springs with regular travel across the NPY region, you will oversee clinical assessments and care planning to support culturally safe, trauma-informed services for older Anangu and Yarnangu.
You will lead complex assessments, develop care plans with clients and carers, mentor staff, and build partnerships with health professionals.
