- Manage builder/client relationships, variations, claims, costs and project risks.

ABOUT YOU
- 5-8 years' project management/project engineering experience, ideally within precast or structural construction.
- Strong understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Commercially aware with experience in contracts, variations, procurement and project costs.
- Practical, confident communicator who can work across the office, factory and construction sites.
ESSENTIAL
- Relevant engineering, construction management or similar qualification preferred.
- Queensland White Card and unrestricted driver's licence.
- Strong Microsoft Office and project scheduling skills.
- Understanding of Queensland WHS requirements.
- Precast concrete experience highly regarded.
