Novotel Sydney Parramatta is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing operations. This full-time role reports to the General Manager and focuses on exceptional guest experiences, team engagement and commercial performance.
You will drive daily operations, coach the F&B team and collaborate with the kitchen to deliver a seamless guest journey while managing rosters, costs and inventory.
