We are looking for a part-time Kitchen Attendant who enjoys working as part of a team. You will play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
You must have Australian working rights and availability across several days/shifts to be considered for this role. Students are welcome to apply and it will be helpful to include your availability in your application.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware
- Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required
- Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times
- Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You!
You are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You'll also have:
- Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent attention to cleanliness and organisation
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra step to create great guest experiences
- Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
