Located steps from Wynyard, Novotel Sydney City Centre is a haven for comfort, productivity and relaxation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Front Office All-Rounder to join our team.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Delivering service excellence from check in to check out and everywhere in between
- Be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors
- Completing a variety of tasks ensuring everyday is different. From selling the Hotel's facilities to maintaining guest accounts
- Perform duties of Night Audit, room controllers and porterage service
- Providing passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times
- Assisting our guests with our self-check in kiosks
- Ensuring guests who are not ALL - Accor Live Limitless members are briefed on features and benefits and signed up to the loyalty program
