Novotel Sydney International Airport is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support a high‐performing HR team. You will contribute to end‐to‐end recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing HR administration in a hospitality environment.
Ideal candidates will have HR qualifications (or be studying) and demonstrated experience in HR or admin, with strong organisation, teamwork and MS Office skills. This role is based on site and offers development within a global hotel group.
