We're growing a national team to help Defence rapidly turn disruptive technologies into operational capability. If you have experience in systems engineering, mission solutions, test & evaluation, cyber security, or related technical domains, this is an opportunity to apply your expertise to projects with real strategic impact. What You'll Be Involved In

• Systems Engineering, Mission Analysis, Test & Evaluation, Configuration Management, Cyber Security or Logistics Management
• Delivering outcomes using a mission‑based, agile approach to innovation
• Collaborating with Defence, industry and academia to adapt, trial and transition emerging technologies
• Developing clear technical documentation, reports and artefacts within Defence systems and environments
• Participating in short, high‑impact projects that explore and advance emerging capabilities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the Defence industry or similarly complex technical environments
• Relevant degree for engineering positions recognised by Engineers Australia
• Ability to think on your feet, solve problems and have a can‑do attitude
• Australian Citizen with minimum NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance
• Ability to work both autonomously and in multidisciplinary teams
• A mindset focused on innovation, problem solving and purpose‑driven outcomes
