About Us
Nova Home Staging is a premium property styling company based in Tullamarine. We specialise in transforming residential properties for sale through furniture, styling and design.
We're looking for 1–2 reliable, physically fit and motivated individuals to join our team, assisting with furniture removals, installations, deliveries, assembly and warehouse operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who's strong, practical, efficient, good with tools and confident driving commercial vehicles.
The Role
Working alongside our team, you'll be responsible for:

Loading, unloading and transporting furniture between our warehouse and clients' properties.

Driving company vans to and from installation sites across Melbourne.

Moving and positioning furniture safely inside homes, including navigating stairs, doorways and tight spaces.

Assembling and disassembling furniture quickly and efficiently using hand and power tools.

Receiving deliveries, unboxing furniture and organising stock on warehouse racks.

Assisting with general warehouse organisation and inventory management.

Supporting our styling team during property installations and furniture pack-downs.
What We're Looking For
To be successful, you'll need:

Physical strength and fitness to safely lift and move heavy, bulky furniture as part of a team.

A valid driver's licence and confidence driving commercial vans.

Strong furniture assembly skills and confidence using hand and power tools.

Good spatial awareness and common sense when manoeuvring furniture through tight spaces.

A proactive, motivated and hardworking attitude — someone who takes initiative and doesn't need constant direction.

Reliability, punctuality and good weekday availability.

Ability to follow instructions, work efficiently and contribute positively to a small team.

Care and attention when handling furniture and working inside clients' homes.
Highly regarded:

Previous furniture removalist or delivery experience.

Experience driving small commercial trucks.

LR, MR or HR truck licence and confidence driving larger trucks — a big plus!

Experience loading and securing furniture in vehicles.

Previous warehouse or furniture handling experience.
