The Opportunity
As a Production Operator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality products that make a difference to our customers.
Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll operate and monitor production and packaging equipment, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on achieving production goals, maintaining compliance, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to a strong culture of safety and operational excellence.
- Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment to meet production, quality, and safety standards.
- Perform quality checks and follow GMP, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Support a safe and efficient workplace through equipment cleaning and issue reporting.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and assist with troubleshooting production challenges.
- What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience operating production or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow procedures, complete documentation, and maintain quality standards.
- Basic computer skills and experience completing production records, batch documentation, and operational reports.
- Flexibility to work across different production areas, equipment, and shifts as required.
