Your Role Will Include:
- Managing communication with landlords and tenants
- Managing rental campaign
- Conducting open homes
- Completing ingoing, routine, and outgoing inspections
- Coordinating maintenance and resolving property issues
- Reviewing agreements, documentation and administration
- Assisting with maintaining the trust account accurately
- Ensuring timely bill payments
- Monitoring and following up on rent arrears
- Liaising with contractors, service providers and relevant stakeholders
- Growing the rent roll
