The role provides safe, therapeutic residential support for children and young people aged 0–18 years, with a focus on wellbeing and positive outcomes.
You will help young people feel safe, build a sense of identity and belonging, and develop social, educational and life skills.
Daily living tasks, transport, personal care, and adherence to care plans may be required.
