KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete project work as directed by the Senior Underground Geologist
- Supervise, mentor and support junior geology staff
- Ensure accurate collection and reporting of geological data
- Undertake grade control and resource definition sampling
- Monitor and report daily ore production data
- Assist with weekly and monthly development and production forecasts
- Complete end-of-month reconciliation and reporting
- Conduct accurate wall and backs mapping
- Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Geology or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years underground mining experience
- WA Manual Driver’s License
- Ability to mentor junior geologists and supervise small teams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Datashed, MPX, LogChief and Surpac
- Ability to work independently and build positive working relationships

- $12,000 residential allowance (for Kalgoorlie-Boulder residents)
