Multi-Skilled Operators | CHPP Civil Operators
Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is looking for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.
This is your opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment, enjoy job security, and be part of a company that’s driving the future of mining operations in the Hunter Valley. With multiple site locationsand flexible roster options including a lifestyle roster or a Monday–Friday roster, this role suits operators looking for both stability and balance.
You’ll operate a range of equipment, including:
- Excavators (5t–30t)
- Graders (Cat 14M–16M)
- Water Carts & Posi-Track Bobcats
- Service / Fuel Cart
Your day-to-day will include:
- Road maintenance & washery clean-up
- General labouring & site support
- Road and carpark maintenance
- Sump and drain clean
- Work available across various mine sites in the Hunter region
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience operating Excavators, Moxys, Graders & other mobile plant
- Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLsA current unrestricted HR Licence is highly desirable
- Ability to pass an Order 45 Medical
- A strong work ethic & commitment to equipment care
Live within 80km radius of Muswellbrook (not a FIFO opportunity)
