  • Quality schools, sporting clubs and community facilities for families
  • The chance to be part of a growing Defence and advanced manufacturing precinct creating long‑term career opportunities for the region

We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced program leaders with backgrounds in Defence, guided weapons, munitions, explosive ordnance, advanced manufacturing or related capability areas. Former ADF members, ammunition technicians, armament specialists and explosive ordnance professionals looking to apply their operational expertise in a strategic leadership role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Whether your experience comes from military service, Defence industry, weapons integration, munitions production, armament maintenance or you are simply an ordnance enthusiast who wants to work at the forefront of Australia's growing guided weapons enterprise, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

For the right person, this isn't just another program leadership role. It's an opportunity to help build a capability of national significance from the ground up while enjoying a lifestyle that many city-based professionals spend years searching for.
