You’ll lead pricing strategy, cost estimating and proposal governance across Defence bids, contract changes and task orders.

- What You’ll Do
- Lead pricing and cost estimates across Defence proposals and contract variations
- Develop competitive pricing aligned to CASG / Defence cost principles
- Interpret RFPs and ensure pricing compliance with Defence requirements
- Present cost models to senior leadership, customers and audit bodies
- Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities
- Support post-award pricing, negotiations and claims
- Lead and mentor a skilled pricing team
- What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting or similar
- CA / CPA (or equivalent)
- Proven Defence pricing or cost estimating experience
- Strong understanding of Defence acquisition and governance frameworks
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel capability
- Australian citizenship and ability to obtain NV1 clearance
