- Lead capture governance and opportunity progression through the Business Acquisition Process.
- Champion capture excellence by driving capability development, tools and best practices.
- Partner with capture managers to support planning, reporting and pursuit success.
- Build strong relationships across the Northrop Grumman enterprise, Defence industry and strategic partners.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement across the capture community.

- Experience in Defence, capture management, proposal management or complex program environments.
- An understanding of Defence and Government acquisition processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to navigate complexity, think strategically and drive outcomes.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Project Management, Capture or a related discipline.
