The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 $ per year.
This role is primarily to support the Service Manager in running the customer experience and the safe, productive and efficient workshop of the Hillcrest Service Department.
This will involve motivating and leading a team of Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure a smooth communication path from the workshop to the customer.
About our Hillcrest operation
- 14 technicians including apprentices
- 2 car washers
Reporting to the Service Manager and working closely with all Northpoint Departments you will:
Have experience working as an Assistant Manager in a busy workshop or a Service Manager wanting to move to a larger workshop.
Be highly motivated and well-organised.
Have outstanding communication skills including excellent telephone manner.
Provide the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operation.
- building and maintaining positive customer and employee relationships;
- controlling costs;
- operating at optimum capacity and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty process.
Liaise with customers and service technician.
Possess a solid knowledge of motor vehicles.
Exhibit strong computer skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.
Hold a current driver's license.
Ensure that safe work practices are adhered to.
