About the Role
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll set the tone for everyone who walks through our door or picks up the phone. - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail professionally
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Keep the reception area and meeting rooms clean, tidy and well stocked
- Manage stationery, kitchen and bathroom supplies, including weekly orders
- Coordinate facilities requests, skip bins, paper destruction, maintenance issues, liaising with contractors and the building owner
- Oversee the staff vehicle booking calendar and usage log
- Provide general administrative support across the business, including staff communications (Teams, Employment Hero), intranet updates, and event coordination
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, professional and welcoming manner
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organised, with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Basic computer skills, including confidence with Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
