Clinical Freedom – No Retail KPIs: Full-scope optometry with long appointments, private billing and the opportunity to focus on genuine patient care.

About the role: You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Provide comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages
- Manage acute and chronic ocular pathology — an interest in ocular therapeutics is essential
- Manage contact lenses, dry eye and myopia control
- Conduct post-refractive surgery care and foreign body removal
- Assist across all areas of the practice, including frame selection
- Participate in remote community outreach programs (optional)
- Develop a specialty clinical interest if desired
