The purpose of Clinical Trials Coordinator (CTC) role is to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units.
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time until 12 December 2027 (with possibility of ongoing employment)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $2,277.20 - $2,686.95 per week
Hours Per Week: 38

Where you'll be working: The CTC will work with NSLHD Research Directorate which provides support and resources to research groups across NSLHD.
What You'll Be Doing: The CTC will manage the patient caseload for each study, conducting, and coordinating all aspects of study-specific and study-required procedures.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or equivalent experience in the planning, coordination and conducting of industry-sponsored multi‑centre clinical research trials.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, prioritising workload to meet conflicting and critical deadlines.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated understanding of the legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research as per ICH‑GCP and other national guidelines; and current GCP certification.
