We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and versatile Administration & Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in everything from keeping our office running smoothly to showcasing the great work happening in our workshop.

THE ROLE

Administration & Workshop Coordination

• Answering phones and managing emails

• Communicating with workshop staff, customers, insurance companies and assessors

• Documenting and tracking workshop job progress

• Updating our quoting and job management systems

• Sending quotes and invoices

• Data entry, filing and general office administration

• Helping ensure clear communication between the office and workshop

Marketing & Social Media

• Managing our Facebook, Instagram and website

• Creating engaging content to showcase our business, team and projects

• Taking photos and videos of workshop jobs, trucks, cranes and completed repairs

• Editing photos and videos for social media

• Keeping our online presence fresh, professional and engaging

• Bringing new ideas and creativity to our marketing

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone who:

• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Has strong verbal and written communication and people skills

• Is confident using computers and learning new systems

• Can multitask, prioritise and take initiative

• Experience in content creation and social media management (Facebook and Instagram)

• Has an interest in trucks, cranes or the transport industry, or a willingness to learn

• Has a creative eye and strong photography, video and social media production and editing skills

• Is reliable, positive and willing to get involved wherever needed

Experience in administration and social media would be highly regarded, but a great attitude, willingness to learn and the right personality are just as important.

HOURS

Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:00pm

Some flexibility with working hours is available for the right person.
