NSMS currently have an exciting opportunity based at our KCGM Operations for an experienced Underground Leading Hand - Electrician. Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for the leadership, supervision, and direction of the underground electrical team.
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time
Roster: 7/7, 12hr Shifts
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the mining industry.
- Proven ability to effectively lead teams in an underground environment.
- Ability to train and pass on knowledge to Electrical personnel.
- Flexibility to adapt to improved procedures and practices.
- Awareness of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current "A" Grade Western Australian Electrical Licence.
- Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's Licence.
- High Voltage switching ticket (desirable).
- Nationally recognized Working at Heights competency (desirable).
- High Risk Work Licence (desirable).
