We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to join our KCGM operation.

Reporting to the FMS Superintendent you will play a vital role inefficiently coordinating Dispatch personnel, contractors and other resources within the Dispatch budget to minimise disruption to the Wenco system.

This enticing position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team. Working within a high pressurized office-based environment, ensuring consistent instruction in adhering to mining procedures is communicated.

What you can look forward to:

• Actively seek and apply coaching and feedback to improve performance, safety and increase employee engagement.
• Manage team roster to ensure minimum coverage is always in place.
• Manage roster to ensure all coaching and training required can be Completed.
• Ensure upskilling is undertaken to ensure team success.
• Demonstrate leadership and encourage personal behaviours that uphold Northern Star values.
• Ensure team members understand their key accountabilities and performance required.
• Have regular performance tracking discussions, listen to team member’s improvement ideas and provide constructive feedback.

Where you’ll add value:

• Minimum 4 years' experience with Fleet Management Systems such as Wenco or similar.
• Advanced Fleet Management Systems skill set.
• Minimum 4 years' experience with in mining industry.

• St Johns Senior First Aid certificate
