About the Role
This is a full-time position involving a variety of plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations.
Your responsibilities will include
- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Hot water system servicing, repairs and replacements
- Gas fitting, appliance installations and repairs
- Roofing and guttering repairs and installations
- TMV and backflow prevention testing and servicing
- Water leak detection and repairs
- Drainage investigations and repairs
- Fault finding and problem-solving
- Completing job documentation and communicating with clients
- Participating in the after-hours on-call roster
- What We’re Looking For
- Current Queensland Plumbing and Drainage licences
- Current Gas Work Licence
- TMV and Backflow Prevention endorsements desirable but not essential
- Experience in plumbing maintenance and fault finding
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Current manual driver's licence
- A positive attitude and pride in your workmanship
