Northern Health is seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Critical Care Registered Nurses or Nurses with Urgent Care experience to join the Craigieburn Community Hospital Urgent Care Centre.
This role requires a highly motivated Registered Nurse, interested and experienced in the Urgent Care setting or with Critical Care qualification. This role is responsible for the assessment, management and treatment of patients presenting to the Urgent Care Centre.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience and good working knowledge of Urgent Care or Emergency Nursing.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient centred care.
- Well-developed clinical skills.
