Northern Health is seeking an experienced Mental Health Clinician (RPN3, OT3, SW3 or Psychologist Grade 2) to join the Hume Community Team within the Mental Health Division. This full-time role provides acute assessment and intervention to consumers and their families, in both in-reach and outreach capacity, delivering recovery‐focused care.
The ACIS team uses a shared caseload to support people living with mental illness, including short‐term intensive supports up to 3 months.
