Do you have a passion for helping older people live life to the fullest? Are you creative, energetic, and motivated by making a real difference every day?
At NCCCA, we're looking for a passionate Leisure & Lifestyle Coordinator to create meaningful experiences that bring joy, connection, purpose, and wellbeing to our residents.
In this rewarding role, you'll design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs, social activities, special events, and community connections that enhance the quality of life of older people.
From group activities and themed celebrations to individual wellbeing initiatives, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant and welcoming community where residents feel valued, connected, and empowered.
Full-time position - Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
Based within our Residential Aged Care Community at Jacaranda Grove in Cessnock.
- What You'll Bring
- A genuine passion for supporting older people
- Qualifications in Leisure & Health, or a related field
- Experience in aged care, community services, or a similar environment
- The ability to conduct lifestyle assessments and develop resident-centred lifestyle care plans
- Knowledge of person-centred care and the importance of supporting resident choice, independence and wellbeing
- Strong communication, documentation and organisational skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
