This role supports the Group CEO with administration and projects across the group, so that they can focus on leading the business. Day-to-day, you'll prepare board papers, coordinate meetings and travel, and keep tasks and briefs moving. You'll also manage the shared inbox and accounts receipts, and help the business scale by documenting processes, setting up systems and assisting with research for tenders and proposals. This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend. The workload is equivalent to full-time, but we're flexible and happy to work out hours that suit us both. Most of the work happens during normal business hours, but some flexibility is needed for occasional work outside those hours, such as around board meetings and, if needed, a few events.
We welcome applications from independent contractors as well as people looking for fixed-term employment.
