Job Description
As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing day‐to‐day store operations, leading a team of retail staff, and ensuring the business consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for stock management, merchandising, sales performance, compliance, and maintaining a safe, efficient, and profitable operation. This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to an energetic and motivated retail professional who enjoys leading from the front.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail supervisory, management, or liquor retail leadership role
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage staffing levels, and drive performance
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication and problem‐solving skills
- Experience with stock control, merchandising, and sales growth initiatives
- Current RSA certification (Essential) and understanding of retail compliance requirements
