About the role
We're on the lookout for EXPERIENCED machinery operators who can confidently run:
- Bulldozers (D10T, D9T), graders, front-end loaders, and other support equipment
- Blade ploughs and land renovation gear for large scale pastoral development
- Machines that are modern, well maintained and ready to work
You will be part of a team that is supported from the ground up - with compressors, service trucks and a responsive mechanic and leadership team.

- Experience operating a range of heavy machinery; dozers, graders, loaders
- A reliable, self-starting attitude
- Be comfortable working in remote areas with a small, capable team
