About the role
We are currently searching for a Part-Time experienced Chef working three (3) days a week to join our dynamic team at North Ryde RSL Community Club LTD' in North Ryde, NSW. This Part-Time role is an integral part of the club's culinary operations, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare a diverse range of high-quality dishes from the club's menu
- Work closely with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Adhere to strict health, safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen
What we're looking for
- Relevant qualifications in Culinary Arts or equivalent industry experience
- Proven track record as a Chef in a similar hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and flavour profiles
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
- Current Food Safety Supervisor certification
