North Queensland Fresh Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Facility Supervisors to oversee daily operations at their horticultural packing facility in Queensland. You will lead packing shed activities, manage staff, and ensure hygiene, safety and export compliance across all processes.
Reporting to the Facility Plant Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, supervise quality control, and coordinate with growers, marketing, dispatch and QA teams to support smooth operations and successful outcomes.
