Noosafit 24/7 is seeking a very personable, energetic and self‑driven Club Manager to take ownership of daily operations and member experience within our friendly, local community‑based 24/7 gym.
Noosafit's members are everyday people of all ages and fitness levels adding to their quality of life through exercise. The manager's role is perfect for a fitness professional who is a people person, who thrives on building relationships, and excels in a hands‑on environment where initiative and personality matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, positive relationships with members and the local community
- Manage daily club operations, membership sales and record maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe and well‑presented facility
- Collaborate with personal trainers and support a positive team culture
- Develop and execute local marketing and social media strategies
- Conduct member inductions, programming and some small group training
- Motivate & encourage members and support their fitness goals
- Promote and sell Personal Training packages
About You
- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV an advantage but not essential)
- Bubbly & friendly, approachable, confident communicator, builds genuine relationships
- Passionate about fitness and healthy living
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Reliable, organised and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and CRM/membership software
