We are looking for a friendly and motivated Powersports Sales & Service Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis. If you have a passion for powersports or enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Manage incoming sales enquiries for Sea-Doo and Can-Am products
- Follow up leads and maintain CRM activities
- Assist customers with parts and accessories enquiries
- Interpret parts and prepare quotations
- Book service appointments and assist with service advising duties
- Process customer payments and prepare sales documentation
- Maintain showroom presentation and stock displays
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and customer handovers
- Support inventory management and stock control
- Assist with customer complaint resolution and aftersales support
- Provide support to Volkswagen Sales, Toyota Service or Volkswagen Service departmentsduring quieter seasonal periods
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Previous automotive, marine, motorcycle or powersports experience preferred
- Ability to learn technical product knowledge
- Computer literacy and ability to work with dealership management systems
